3Hassle free returns policy

We hope that you are completely happy with everything you buy from us; in the unlikely case you are not satisfied we promise to refund any item you return to us, within 14 days (30 days for International orders) of the date shown on your dispatch note. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging ensuring all labels and tags are intact along with your invoice/receipt and returns form. All items must be returned in the condition received, if any items are returned not in the condition received we may refuse the return. 4 How do I return my item?

Please follow the 4 simple steps below to return an item to us:

  • Re-package your XclusiveFashions item in its original packaging with labels and tags intact along with a copy of your invoice.
  • Cover your address label with the label found on your invoice/receipt, alternatively do this by hand.
  • Return your package by using the Post Office using a Standard delivery method.
  • Return your package by the courier of your choice using a Standard delivery method.
  • Keep your receipt of postage safe as may need this for proof of postage.

Once we receive your item, we will be sure to refund you within 3 days.

5 Do I need an account to shop with XclusiveFashions?

You do not need to create an account to shop at XclusiveFashions, you can check out your order as a 'guest' without having to create an account. However if you choose to register with us you will find your shopping experience enhanced. You will not be required to input your dispatch and contact details every time you order with us; you can see your order history along with other benefits.

6 Can I track my order?

Yes, If you have used a premium or next day delivery method we will also email/text you with tracking information.

7 How do I use my promotional code?

Once you have reached the Checkout stage of your order, please enter your promotional code into the 'Enter Coupon Code' box, enter the correct code and click 'Continue'. If the code is still valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per customer order and please note that promotional/discount codes do not apply to sale items.
